Thomas Grace
I am a clinical psychologist with extensive training and experience helping people from diverse backgrounds live healthier and freer lives. The treatment I offer is rooted in respect, empathetic listening, honesty, and humor.
If you are struggling to move forward in your life, I would like to help you increase your awareness of self-defeating patterns as well as sources of resiliency. We will work to identify characteristics that reinforce the positive and problematic patterns. Together, we will work to develop alternative ways of getting your needs met. This process can help bring about the development of healthier coping resources, gratifying relationships, and help you become a more active participant in your own life.
I offer free phone consultations and hope you hear that I am someone you might benefit from working with. Until then, be well.
