Trisha Miller
I love life and strive to help others love life, too! I love children - one of my favorite quotes is from Dr. Seuss: "A person's a person no matter how small." That said, I work primarily with young children (under 12 yrs old) and their families through individual and family therapy, as well as parent training/guidance. My work with children focuses on intervening when children are struggling socially (awkward around others, lack of quality friendships, poor family relationships, being bullied or bullying others, etc), emotionally (sadness, reactions to trauma, anger issues, poor self esteem), and/or behaviorally (withdrawal, aggression, defiance, noncompliance). I work with many children through life issues (divorce, death). I believe in maintaining an atmosphere of respect and dignity to all and to ensuring safety at all times. If you or a loved one is struggling, please call for an appointment. I will always do my best to help you and your child or help you locate someone who can!
