I specialize in holistic and integrated behavioral health promotion. The tools I often use include cognitive – behavioral treatment, biofeedback training, and hypnosis. I seek to be a change agent working with individuals, couples, families, and organizations. I'm big on developing, revising, and using collaborative (me and you) treatment plans with specific goals and objectives.
While most change begins with and focuses upon you, my experiences been that the maintenance of positive changes both produce and are helped by changes in interpersonal, family, and other systems.
I'm enrolled in the Citizen Potawatomi Tribe. In addition to my clinical work, I do extensive research and training, mostly in "Indian country."
