Ellen Herr-Israel
I specialize in helping people understand their patterns within relationships that have proven to be detrimental over time. Difficulty within relationships can manifest in mental health problems including anxiety, depression, loneliness, vocational/career stagnation, marriage and parenting problems. Insight into problematic patterns of relating to others is needed to change and develop healthy, reciprocal and rewarding relationships. I also specialize in the assessment of children with developmental delays, provide testing and recommendations for education and therapeutic services..
During stressful times, existing unaddressed problems in relationships with loved ones can intensify and add additional stress. The COViD pandemic has caused significant disruption, uncertainty and sometimes grief. In addition to in person sessions I offer help via TeleBehavioral Health services. Sessions are provided through a HIPAA compliant audio/video service and are covered by behavioral health insurance plans. Please contact me to set up a complimentary consult in your search for the best therapist for your needs.
