As the former director of Affiliated Psychotherapists-A Center for Change, I have supervised psychologists and counseled patients of all ages for more than 30 years. I utilize cognitive behavioral techniques as well as hypnosis when helpful to facilitate change as quickly as possible. I make an effort to available to patients most evenings of the week providing service in Long Valley, Sparta, and Parsippany. I am a provider in most managed care, PPO and EAP programs. Prospective patients should check with their insurance companies that I am in fact still an in-network provider as well to check on their deductibles and co-payments so there are no surprises weeks down the line after they have started treatment. Although my career began in school psychology, I have taken courses and workshops in adult and marital couseling and now consider myself to be quite proficient in treating problems in these areas as well.
