Paola Granados-Radlick
If you (or your child) are struggling to regulate your emotions, have behavioral problems and issues with impulsivity, present with impaired problem-solving skills, grapple with maintaining healthy relationships and self-respect, or have difficulty living in the present moment, I’m here to help and would love to hear your story. Working as a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in children, adolescents, families, and young adults, my aim is to join you on this journey so you feel empowered to address your most pressing concerns and gain a greater understanding of your (or your child’s) emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in order to generate change. Through a collaborative, warm, and direct style of practice, I will help you overcome obstacles blocking you from better understanding your feelings, learning to better tolerate life's challenges, and effectively navigating stressors, relationships, and life transitions.
While I work closely with individuals to address a myriad of different concerns, I have extensive training and experience in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, behavioral and conduct problems, personality disorders traits, and other attachment issues and childhood trauma. I also work closely with parents who are seeking to better connect with their child or teen and learn to manage undesired behaviors through warmth and clear expectations.
If you feel that you or your loved one would benefit from therapy, contact me for more information.
