Alissa Greenberg
For all of its rewards, parenting is also incredibly challenging. Do you find yourself thinking . . . I dread putting her to bed every night because I know it will be a struggle. I can't go to the grocery store because he always has a meltdown at checkout. We'll never to able to go out to eat as a family. Why does he only eat yellow foods?! You're not alone. Many parents struggle with how to address their child's challenging behaviors. My goal is to teach you how to use behavioral strategies to turn chaos into calm.
I'm here to give you the tools and strategies you need to address your child's challenging behaviors through a Behavioral Parent Training model. After learning more about your child's challenging behaviors, I'll give you specific strategies that will work for your family and will use a hands-on approach to show you to put them into action.
In my 15+ years working with families, I've learned that parent training is a key component to lasting behavior change. Taking the first step to reach out for help can seem like a big leap. I'm here to help. Check out my website and give me a call to learn more about my approach.
