Given the current climate and the variety of adjustments many of us have had to make over the recent months, I have expanded my practice to include telemedicine at this time. I would like to offer telehealth sessions to individuals residing in the state of Massachusetts seeking psychological services for themselves and/or their children. I foresee myself offering this service through the summer months of 2020, at which point I will reassess with each client about continuing sessions via telehealth, transitioning to in-person visits, or wrapping up treatment if support is no longer needed or an appropriate referral elsewhere can be made. I do not take insurance and therefore all sessions are paid out of pocket by the client with the option to submit an invoice to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many individuals at this time may be seeking support due to the many guidelines being enforced, the losses that may have ensued, and the variety of stressors that may have arisen given the current circumstances around COVID-19. I am happy to work with you regarding these as well as recognize that pre-existing stressors and life experiences continue and may also have exacerbated at this time.

Much of my work prior to COVID-19 has focused on health behavior change, chronic illness management, trauma, loss and bereavement, stress management, self-esteem, healthy relationships, and overall health related to the interconnection between mind and body. I believe strongly in the individual's ability to achieve a healthy state with proper holistic healthcare.

I believe I am a compassionate and open-minded practitioner who allows for individuality within the treatment process. I draw from a number of modalities in order to provide a good fit for the client and believe the client must feel comfortable with the therapist for effective change.
