Although you may not believe it, you are stronger than you think. Through our work in therapy, I will help you to find your strengths and learn to leverage them in times of need. I work collaboratively with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and family therapy. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, relationship concerns, in addition to behavioral concerns in children.

Mindfully, I use a strength-based, multicultural model that focuses on developing insight while addressing concerns in behavioral and relational patterns. Through my work with children and adolescents, I use various combinations of play and talk therapy to assist them in identifying their strengths and reducing negative symptoms of distress.
