Julia Mathews
Choosing a therapist is an important and sometime difficult decision. Knowing this, I usually first talk briefly on the phone with the person seeking a therapist. This allows them a chance to see if they feel comfortable making an initial appointment. I see people in individual psychotherapy for a wide range of issues including concerns with: relationships, depression, anxiety, stress, loss and grief, self esteem, personal growth, life transition, personal reactions to raising a child with special needs.
